What is a Co-Worker?

Answer:
A co-worker is a colleague, or someone that you work with.
A co-worker is a peer, not someone who is above or below you in the organizational flow chart of your company, but someone who is on the same level as you.

Co-workers have a unique relationship. They may not particularly like each other or have anything in common outside of work, but co-workers often spend more time with each other than with their family or friends. Because of this, it is important to learn how to get along with your co-workers, even if they are not your favorite people.
