What are the top-hiring job fields in Indiana right now?

The next four, in order of most advertised positions, are Retail, Sales (including Sales Managers), Engineering (an umbrella covering all types of engineers), and Accounting and Finance.
 
Filling out the top ten fields which are advertising available jobs right now are Information Technology (and Software and Computer Systems), Drivers (as in truck drivers and delivery truck drivers), Real Estate and Mortgages (including mortgage brokers, underwriters, and appraisers),  Manufacturing (which includes manager within manufacturing plants as well as engineers to help with the work, itself), and Advertising (and Marketing and PR).
