What are some Good Jobs for those that Want to Work Abroad?

Answer:
Au-Pair
If you’re at least 17, consider a job abroad as an au-pair or nanny. Your primary role will be to care for the children as well as interact with them in the English language. You may occasionally be asked to perform other duties such as light housekeeping and cooking. The family benefits from having extra help – and you benefit by learning about another culture.

Teaching
Many countries employ teachers as English instructors. You’ll most likely be required to have a college degree; however, teaching jobs are probably one of the best ways to obtain international employment. Skills learned abroad can benefit you in later employment opportunities.

Government Jobs
You may want to consider working abroad for the federal government. The federal government provides a wide variety of international employment opportunities – from working in a branch of the military to working in a United States Embassy in a foreign country. In order to obtain a federal government job, you must obtain security clearance.
